AHASTI reserves the right to adjust rental rates at any time without notice. However, the pricing listed on our website at the time of your booking will be used to generate your quote. All formal quotes are valid for five (5) business days from the date issued.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a “rental day”?
One rental day covers a single use – up to 72 hours — ideal for weekend use.
Can I pick up on the weekend?
Pick-ups and returns are available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM. For weekend use, pick up Friday and return Monday.
Is cleaning included?
Yes. All kits are returned to AHASTI for full disinfection. The fee is already included in the rental rate.
What if I lose or break a unit?
Replacement costs will apply as per your rental agreement.
Do I need to replace the manikin lungs or AED pads?
No. Lung replacement and pad restocking are handled by AHASTI. This is built into your rental fee — easy and hassle-free.
Can I book multiple sets for larger courses?
Yes. Bulk rentals are available depending on inventory. Contact us early to reserve multiple manikins or AED trainers for large or multi-day courses.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
In most cases, no. However, high-value or large-quantity rentals may require a refundable damage deposit. We’ll notify you during the booking process if that applies.
What happens if an item is lost or damaged?
You will be charged the replacement cost for lost or damaged equipment, as outlined in the rental agreement. Replacement values are listed on the agreement and quote.
Can I extend my rental?
Absolutely — as long as equipment isn’t booked for another client. Contact us before your return date to check availability and avoid late fees.
Can I rent if I’m not an AHASTI client?
Yes! Rentals are open to instructors, organizations, community groups, and the general public — regardless of where you completed your training.
Do you deliver equipment?
Currently, we offer pick-up and return only from our Calgary North location. Delivery options may be added in future phases.
