The AFA course and the AFA portion of the MFR programs include an e-book version in the cost. If you would like to purchase a physical copy of the manual, it can be added to your courses at checkout.

The ITLS program requires participants to have a copy of the 9th edition physical manual. Participants may purchase a copy at checkout or source their own.
How do I transfer my Alberta Advanced First Aid certification to work in B.C.?

To work as a first aid attendant in B.C., you must obtain a valid B.C. certificate. If you hold a current Alberta Advanced First Aid certificate, complete WorkSafeBC’s jurisprudence package, then take your certificate and government-issued identification to a WorkSafeBC-approved training provider. The provider will help you apply for a B.C. out-of-jurisdiction certificate and may charge an application fee. WorkSafeBC’s out-of-province certification page.
