For Equipment Rentals:

• Deposits are refundable within 7 business days after return inspection
• Late returns, missing items, or damage may reduce the refunded amount
• Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup = full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours = 50% fee
• Equipment must be returned clean and complete unless otherwise stated

Available Hours

Pick-up and return of equipment is available:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pick-up or drop-off outside these hours is not available at this time.
 

Pick-Up Policy

- All rental fees and deposits must be paid in full before equipment is released.
- A signed Rental Agreement and Checklist is required prior to pick-up.
- Please allow time for a walk-through and checklist sign-off with AHASTI staff.
- Equipment must be picked up on the agreed rental start date.
 

Drop-Off Policy

- Equipment must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
- Staff will inspect all equipment and sign off on the return checklist.
- Equipment returned late, damaged, or incomplete may result in additional charges.
- Deposit refunds are processed within 7 business days of satisfactory return.
 

Weekend & After-Hours Use Policy

To support weekend and evening courses, AHASTI only charges for the actual day(s) of use—not additional days needed for pick-up or return due to office hours.

For example:
If your course is on a Saturday, and you pick up Friday and return Monday, you will only be charged for one day.

Return is expected on the next available business day.
