Frequently Asked Questions
Is lunch provided?
-
No, due to dietary variations, we ask all parents to send their new Babysitter with their own nut free snacks and lunch.
What should they bring?
-
If they could bring a doll or stuffed animal that is large enough to diaper, that would be wonderful. We do have some dolls available, but some new Babysitters prefer their own.
-
Pen and paper so they can take notes. AHASTI will provide all other items.
Do they get issued a certification card?
-
Yes. We will need a unique email address for each participant, so they will have their own portal to access their records with the Canadian Red Cross.
