First Aid Basics Workshops

Please bring your family to our Canadian Red Cross First Aid Basics session and learn the Chain of Survival Behaviours! In this engaging workshop, you'll check, call, and care for emergencies, recognize and respond to choking, perform CPR and use an AED, control severe bleeding, handle breathing emergencies like asthma and anaphylaxis, and support someone in a mental health crisis. Equip yourself with essential lifesaving skills and confidence in a fun, interactive environment. We welcome all ages, with a suggested participation age of 6 and up.
